1. Agreement to these terms

OGACHA is a travel discovery and planning platform operated by 234inspired Ltd (“OGACHA”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use OGACHA.

2. Who can use OGACHA

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract and to consent to our processing of your data. OGACHA is intended for adults and for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information — including passport and residency details used for visa and eligibility features — and to keep it up to date. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate results.

4. What OGACHA provides (and does not)

OGACHA helps you discover destinations, understand visa and entry considerations relevant to your passport and residency, plan trips, and connect to third-party booking providers. OGACHA is an information and discovery service. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or the merchant of record for any booking.

5. Visa, entry and travel information — important

Visa requirements, entry rules, eligibility, prices, weather and activity information shown in OGACHA are provided for general guidance only and may be generated or summarised by automated/AI systems. They may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. They are not legal or immigration advice. You must verify all visa and entry requirements with the relevant official government authority, embassy, or consulate before booking or travelling. OGACHA accepts no responsibility for decisions made or travel undertaken in reliance on this information.

6. Affiliate links and third-party bookings

OGACHA links to third-party booking providers. When you book through a partner link, OGACHA may earn an affiliate commission — at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed at the point of the booking link. The partner provider is solely responsible for the booking itself — its terms, pricing, fulfilment, changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer support. Your contract for any booking is with that provider, not with OGACHA.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform; use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; scrape, copy, or resell our content or data; or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Intellectual property

OGACHA, its name, logo, content, and software are owned by 234inspired Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the platform for your personal travel planning but acquire no ownership of our content or brand.

9. AI-generated content

Parts of OGACHA use artificial intelligence to generate or summarise content (such as destination briefs, review summaries, and visa guidance). AI outputs are labelled and may contain errors. You should not rely on them as your sole source for any decision, and the disclaimer in section 5 applies in full.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGACHA and 234inspired Ltd exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from reliance on visa, travel or pricing information; third-party bookings or partner conduct; or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Changes, suspension and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, or these terms, from time to time. Where changes are material we will give notice. You may stop using OGACHA and delete your account at any time; certain provisions (such as liability and intellectual property) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
