1. Who we are

OGACHA is an intelligent travel platform operated by 234inspired Ltd (“OGACHA”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

2. The data we collect

Account data: your email address, password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider), and name and profile image if you sign in with Google.

Passport and residency data: your passport nationality (one or more) and your residency status and country, used to generate visa requirements and eligibility relevant to your trips.

Travel data: preferences, trips you create or join, group trip details, and related choices.

Consent and technical data: records of the consents you give (with timestamps), and error/performance telemetry used to keep the platform stable and secure.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Bookings are completed on our partners’ own platforms, and any payment information is handled directly by them.

3. Sensitive data — passport, nationality and residency

Passport nationality and residency information can relate to your national origin. We use it functionally, to compute the visa and entry requirements relevant to your trips. We apply data minimisation and access controls to this information, you provide it with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to create and operate your account; generate personalised, passport- and residency-aware travel recommendations and visa guidance; connect you to booking partners; send service communications; send marketing only if you have separately opted in; and maintain, secure and improve the platform. Affiliate click tracking ties bookings you complete on partner sites back to OGACHA so we can earn commission — at no extra cost to you.

5. AI-generated content

OGACHA uses artificial intelligence to score, summarise and generate travel content. AI-generated outputs are labelled as such. Visa and eligibility results are generated with the assistance of automated systems and are provided for guidance only — they are not legal or immigration advice, and you must verify requirements with the relevant official authority before travelling.

6. Who we share your data with

We share data with the service providers that run the platform — including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), Duffel, Viator and GetYourGuide (travel partners), Upstash (caching), Sentry (error monitoring), and our hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data. When you choose to book, we pass the information necessary to complete or hand off that booking to the relevant partner, who then acts as their own controller for that transaction.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision — to keep your data protected.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period thereafter, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate core functionality, plus any analytics or affiliate-tracking technologies described above. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we obtain it.

11. Children

OGACHA is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required for valid consent.
